The following was discussed:

  1. Raymour business Expo – Vendor Opportunity
  2. Name Change – bank Account –  add LTD
  3. 990 completed – need to do this at least every 2-3 years to keep 501c3 status
  4. Loan Forgiveness – Not on Grad school Loans
    1. Consolidate all loans then do loan forgiveness
    2. Loan goes away after 10 years
  5. Grants – No news
  6. President’s Report
    1. Blurb for Grants/Donation Letter
    2. Facility – fell thru
    3. Vend summer to get visibility
  7. Petty Cash – $131
    1. Small bills for events
