On Friday, November 21st 2014, the Creative Arts Lounge and Media Center’s Media Arts Youth Program hosted an awards and dinner event.

 The students of the program and their parents were invited to the event for program overview and student and teacher recognitions.

The event was a successful. The students received awards and took pictures with political officials.

There was also a ribbon-cutting to signify the official launch of the new media art youth program.

The program will be on break for the winter and start back up at the end of February teaching videography.

They will also be opening the program at a second location in the spring and that location will be starting with photography.
